Wonderful hospitality!

The staff greeted us warmly when we arrived. The concierge immediately took care of our luggage and car parking. Every staff member I encountered displayed genuine kindness. Diane went out of her way to engage with my son, which he clearly enjoyed. The food was great, I recommend the coronation chicken roll.
The hot tub was out of order during my spa visit. I feel that some kind of acknowledgment or goodwill gesture would be in order for the inconvenience.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The staff were so cute. They offered constant support. I especially appreciated the complimentary gifts! The room was spacious and had a TV in the bathroom. I found this a bonus.
The outdoor hot tub was not very clean. I saw yellow foam coming from it.
