Overall, I had a lovely time at the hotel and enjoyed the spa facilities, which were relaxing and well-designed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I did experience some inconsistency with the dining options that left me slightly disappointed. The staff were mostly friendly and efficient, though some service aspects could be improved. Despite a couple of downsides, I would consider returning for another spa experience.

We had a lovely family trip at Rockliffe Hall, enjoying the beautiful grounds and fantastic amenities like the pool and spa. The apartments were spacious and great for our needs. However, our dining experience could have been smoother, especially at breakfast, and we faced a few service hiccups during our stay. Overall, a great place for families but with some areas needing attention.

The staff truly enhance the experience with their attentive service, though the breakfast service could improve in efficiency. Dining was pleasant, but the brasserie felt a bit casual compared to the rest of the hotel. Overall, it's a luxury experience well worth considering for a special retreat.

While the spa experience was lovely, the communication and customer service could definitely be improved, especially for hotel guests.

Our stay was a mixed experience. While the ambience and staff were exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere, the dining service and spa experience left much to be desired. Breakfast took ages to arrive and the food quality didn't match what I'd expect from such a high-end establishment. Overall, it's a lovely place but not quite hitting the 5-star mark at the moment.
